For iPhone:
1. On your home screen, select the "Settings" app
2. In "Settings", go to "General"
3. Tap on "About"
4. Look for "Carrier Lock" and if unlocked, it should say “No SIM restrictions”
For Android:
1. On your home screen, select the "Settings" app
2. Tap on "Network & Internet"
3. Tap on "Mobile Network"
4. Switch off the toggle in "Automatically select network"
