Autopay is a convenient feature available for all Jethro Mobile customers, designed to streamline bill payments. Rest assured, we don't enroll you in autopay without your consent—it's entirely under your control, and you can opt in or out at any time. Here's how to get started:
- Check Your Linked Card:

Log in to your account on jethromobile.com

Once logged in, you will be brought to your account dashboard. Locate the 'My Profile' section and select 'Manage' in the bottom right corner.

Review your profile information, including any saved cards under 'My Cards.' Ensure the card details are accurate for autopay setup.

If you don't have any cards saved yet, click 'Add Card' to input your preferred payment method. Please note that you can always remove this card from your account at any time by selecting ‘Delete’ in the bottom right corner of the card

Set Up Autopay for Your Lines:
- In the left sidebar, select 'My Lines' to view your active lines.
- Choose the line you want to set up for autopay and click 'More Details.'
- Under 'View Details,' locate 'Auto-renew,' which should be marked 'off' in red. Click the underlined option 'Turn on.'
- Once clicked, red 'off' will turn to green 'on', and you will also be able to turn it off from here as well. Repeat these steps for any additional lines you want to set up for autopay.
With autopay now configured, you can enjoy worry-free connectivity, knowing your phone plan will renew automatically. Happy connecting!
