For Item Purchases: You have 30 calendar days from the purchase date to return your items by mail. To qualify for a full refund, ensure the return is in its original condition with all accessories included. Otherwise, a restocking fee may apply.

For Service Plan Returns:

  • Refund requests are accepted within 14 calendar days of activating your SIM card or within 30 calendar days for unactivated SIM cards, whichever comes first.
  • The return must meet the following criteria:
    1. Usage is below 30 talk minutes, 30 text messages, or 30 MB of data.
    2. The SIM card was purchased through jethromobile.com or jethroshop.com.
    3. A return request has been completed online.
  • Refunds do not cover shipping and handling. Any data added after activation is non-refundable.
  • For devices purchased through other retailers, return requests must be initiated with the original seller.

For Device Returns:

  • Return requests can be made within 30 calendar days of the purchase date for items bought through jethromobile.com or jethroshop.com.
  • Upon approval, a return label will be emailed to you, valid for 20 calendar days.
  • Returned products must be in their original packaging with all accessories included and in the same condition as sold.
  • A factory reset is recommended before returning the phone.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Return label costs may be deducted from refunds.
  • Refunds are initiated 3-5 business days after receiving the returned item(s).

Refunds Process:

  • Credit/debit card refunds are sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days.
  • PayPal refunds are sent to your PayPal account within one business day.
